relaxing getaway
beach access welcome cake candle dinner
i stayed four nights. the location had direct beach access. a welcome cake was in my room before arrival. i planned a surprise candle light dinner for my wife and the hotel manager arranged the decorations beyond expectations. it was a fantastic experience.
the welcome at the reception was average because the staff seemed busy with an ongoing event.

friendly staff transportation arrangement outdated room broken parts
the staff were friendly and willing to assist, especially in arranging transportation because the rain stopped us from exploring the beach.
unfortunately, the rooms felt outdated and parts of the room were broken. this marred our experience significantly. i expected much more in terms of room quality and maintenance from a hotel like this.

i stayed in a beautiful room sea view king bed. the air conditioning worked efficiently. the room included a separate rainfall shower.
the gym is not on the hotel. i had to take a shuttle.

serene stay
well-guarded pool committed staff great location
the location is great. the pool area is well-guarded. staff are present, i saw one taj employee during a storm directing guests away from danger. this demonstrates their commitment to guest safety. i felt well-cared for .
food at one restaurant was poor.

the hotel offered views of the arabian sea. it provided a calming atmosphere as i entered the hotel. the restaurants had sea views, i saw the awe-inspiring arabian sea from them.

as a guest, i felt well taken care of. the breakfast buffet at kokum had a vast spread. staff paid personal attention, i noticed how nice that was. food preparation met personal requests.
